Rose Marie Nash Hall was welcomed into this world on July 31, 1943, in Elgin, Texas to the loving parents of Hiawatha Nash Sr. and Willie Lou Nash.
After attending Elgin High School, she went to Durham Business College to get her business degree. She was kind and had a love for dealing with people who were disabled. Her work with Travis State School from the year 1985 through 1989 and Capitol Metro Access from 1990 through 2006 served as examples of her love for the work she did.
She demonstrated her love for others by giving, providing for the sick and isolated, and placing several foster children in her care.
She got married to Sammy Hall (Sr.), with whom she had two children.
She came by the Christian experience July 31, 2005, from Unity Hill Baptist Church and United with Winn Memorial Baptist Church under the Pastoral Leadership of D.W Townsend and remained a faithful servant of the Lord until her health began to decline and she was called home to the lord.
She was preceded in death by her daughter EtoI Shawn Nash :, her brothers Glen Nash , Louis Nash Sr., David Nash, Hiawatha Nash Jr. (aka )Jack Nash, Mack Tucker Nash, her sisters Florence Hutchings, and Willie Mae Nash Barrs , and her two great grandchildren.
She leaves to cherish her memory her children; Wilanda Coleman (Gregory) of Houston, TX, Jacqueline Nash of Austin, TX , Patrick Clark of Austin, TX, Tonya Nash-Wharton (Walter) of Austin, TX, Joe Valentine of Austin, TX, Frances Hawkins (Roosevelt) of Austin, TX, Sammy Hall Jr. (Angela) of Austin, TX and Christopher Hall of Austin, TX.
She also leaves behind to cherish her loving memory 21 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. Her three brothers Freddie Nash, Raymond Nash, Sony Nash of Austin, TX and her two sisters Mary Campbell and Dorothy Davis of Austin, TX and a host of family and friends .
