Patrick O'Neal Fisher

Patrick O'Neal Fisher was born to Billy Fisher, Sr. and Joyce Faye Kellough Fisher, in Travis County, TX on September 10, 1972.

Patrick Fisher grew up here in Austin, TX and received his education in the Austin Public School District. He graduated from Reagan High School. 

Patrick professed a hope in Christ at an early age at the Bethany Christian Church. He rededicated his life back to christ on March 20, 2017. 

Patrick was united in marriage to Terrance Smith on May 5, 2018, under the leadership of Dr. A.W.A Mays of the Mount Sinai Baptist Church. To this union stepchildren were added. 

Patrick was employed by several companies, Pena Construction, a Traffic Service that opened the door to a New Beginning. After that he worked diligently for tow years as a Forklift driver. he worked at Hannah's Place to servce and help those who chould not help themselves. 

Patrick leaves to cherish his memory his beautiful wife,Terrance Smith-Fisher; parents, Billy and Joyce Fisher; godmother, Evelyn Odem; four daughters, Te'Amber McCollum, Sierra Fisher, Paticia Fisher, Brianna Diana Faye Fisher; one step-son Ervin Lemuel; one brother, Billy Fisher, Jr; two brothers-in law, Kevin Wallace (Tammy), Dedrick Wallace; one sister-in-law, LeAnn Wallace; mother-in-law, Marion Fowler; two aunts, Doris Eliison and Vivian (Frank) Gee; fifteen grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives within the Bowser, Kellough and Fisher families many friends, and one special brotherhood brother, Roger Brown.
