Loretta Sylvia Ann Mathia Jackson Wright was born on January 28, 1944 to Willie B. and Janetta Hobbs Jackson in Alton, IL.
Loretta received her formal education at Alton Senior High school and completed a general educational development degree in Iowa.
Loretta accepted Jesus Christ as her savior at a young age and was united with Saving Grace Fellowship.
On February 9, 1960, Loretta united in holy matrimony with Willie C. Wright in Alton, IL.
She held several positions to include cashier, bank teller and daycare provider. She enjoyed spending time with family/friends, cooking, sewing, painting and making crafts.
Loretta was preceded in death by her parents Willie B Jackson and Janetta Hobbs Jackson and her brother Wilford Jackson, Sr.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her children Kavan, Mina (Charles), Sharon, Elaine, and Shennette (sweetheart Rex) and bonus sons Billy and Joey; her grandchildren Nicholas, Shamina, Aisha, Brandon (Dominique), Briana (Brice), Brooke (sweetheart Nick), Teriana (sweetheart LaVert), Tai’ja, and honorary grandson Michael Ordiway; great grandchildren Caymon, Kailah, Sanaa, Brooklyn, Bryce, Braya, Layla, Faith, Rhyan, Zoe and Ayvren and a host of nieces, nephews and relatives.
