From the moment he was born, Carl Eddie was a force of nature. His booming laughter and larger-than-life personality drew people to him like a magnet. Throughout his life, Carl Eddie was known for his infectious laughter and his ability to make friends wherever he went. He had a zest for life and an insatiable curiosity that led him to explore a wide range of interests, from computers to breakdancing to graffiti to music to flow arts like fire-spinning!
He graduated from Lehman High School in Kyle and attended Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School, where he developed his passion for cooking. But Carl Eddie was more than just a talented and multifaceted individual; he was a beacon of light in the lives of those around him. He had a heart of gold, and he cared deeply for the people he loved. He was fiercely loyal, quick to forgive, and always ready with a kind word or a listening ear. He had an empathy that was rare and beautiful, a reflection of his mother's influence. Despite the challenges he faced in his life, Carl Eddie remained a joyful and loving person to the end. He struggled with mental health and addiction issues, but he never lost sight of his innate goodness and his desire to make the world a better place. His legacy will be the laughter he shared, the love he gave, and the light he brought to the lives of those who knew him.
Carl Eddie is survived by his father, Eddie Clinton, his step-mother Tabitha, his siblings, Xanya Davis, Jessica Parker, Edrick Clinton, Lil’ Eddie, his uncle Marion Clinton, as well as his extended family and friends.
