Billie Louise Clark was born December 4, 1934 in Austin, Texas to Mr. Jack Earl Williams and Mrs. Allie Mae Williams. Billie attended L.C. Anderson High School and Huston-Tillotson College (University) for two years. She was married to Mr. Leroy Clark. This union produced three children: Gary Lee Clark, Billy Roy Clark and Sandra Joyce Clark.
Mrs. Clark was a faithful member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church for well over 40 years where she was also a member of the choir. She was also a contributor to many other Christian causes. She was employed by the Travis State School as an Assistant Unit Supervisor for 30 years.
Billie Louise Clark was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. Jack Earl Williams and Mrs. Allie Mae Williams; grandparents, Mr. Isom Hood and Mrs. Frozene Hood and her sister, Dorothy Conway.
She leaves to cherish her precious memories, her sons, Gary Lee Clark, Sr. (Sandi), Billy Roy Clark (Karen), daughter, Sandra Clark Bell; granddaughters Lorinda Davis, Shanan Clark Colvin (Curby), Misha Bell, Shawn Clark Martinez (Patty), Ashley Clark, Savannah Clark; grandsons Jovon Bell, Gary Clark Jr. (Nicole) and Brandon Clark; 13 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
