Charles Michael Young was born in New Orleans, Louisiana on March 11, 1976 to the Loretta Young-Scott and Charles Alfonso Scott. For the last several years, he resided in Round Rock, Texas with family and friends after having moved to Austin, Texas at the age of 14. Charles accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior of his life, and was baptized at Revelation Missionary Baptist Church in New Orleans, La. by the late Rev. Joseph Noflin.
Charles deeply adored his family and friends and was very close to his nieces and nephews. Charles loved spending time with family and friends, and had an affinity for cooking; especially for holiday gatherings in New Orleans and Austin. He loved to show his skills in mastering the recipes taught him by his late Grandmother Juanita. Charles was also the practical joker and enjoyed putting a smile on the face of almost anyone he met. He had a lot of love in his heart, and those who know him well can attest to this. He will be missed beyond measure, but his memory is a blessing to us all.
